The refurbishment and renovation 

Built in 1969 near Pontebbana, the historical arterial road that leads to Austria, the hotel has always represented a meeting point for skiers and escursionists who love to immerse themselves in the wonderful setting of Carnia and Tarvisiano.

Since 2008, when the bike lane Alpe Adria that connects Salisburg to Grado was built, The Alma Living Hotel has been welcoming and restoring many cyclists who take on this itinerary.

In 2016, a considerable intervention of refurbishment and renovation has transformed what for decades has been a little family-run hotel in an excellent structure.
